Seven months of hard work and creative introspection came to artistic life March 17-20 in Carlson Theater as Baker middle school students presented “Totally True Tales,” a series of personal stories of home, adventure, trouble, mishaps, and triumph.

Baker students from grades 2-8 entertained classmates, families, faculty, and staff last Friday at our annual Student Council-sponsored talent show. Thanks to all the wonderful singers, dancers, musicians, storytellers, magicians, and unicyclists!

Fourth- and fifth-grade students shared their work in creating their own stage adaptation of the novel Esperanza Rising, performing a musical play for family and friends on Nov. 18 in Carlson Auditorium. Students collaborated to write the script and lyrics and compose some of their own music over the course of many weeks this fall
