Emergency School Closing Procedure
If school needs be canceled due to inclement weather or a building emergency, an email and text alert will be sent to parents and information will be shared on Instagram & Facebook.
We are referred to as “Baker Demonstration School” for snow closings on radio stations: WGN, WBBM, AM-FM, WMAQ, WCLR, WPYR, WVFN, and on TV channels WGN (9), and WFLD (32). You may also reference the website www.emergencyclosingcenter.com.
