Middle School Spanish Free Write

Students are given 10 minutes to write an original story in Spanish and they are not allowed to use English in the assignment. Students are to aim for a minimum of 50 words. I also ask students to incorporate as much of their Spanish new vocabulary as possible to tell a cohesive, interesting story that showcases their language skills. This assignment allows me to see where students are at in my class.
