After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood and ESL Education from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Gracie moved to Chicago and began her teaching career. She taught for a couple of years in the city of Chicago before finding her home away from home at Baker. She started working at Baker in 2022 as a pre-k teacher. During her time at Baker, she received her Master’s of Innovative Early Childhood Education from the University of Colorado–Denver. In 2024, Gracie moved from the pre-k classroom back to 4th grade, the first grade that she ever taught! This year, Gracie is looking forward to her first Baker Business School cycle and collaboration with colleagues, new and old.

Outside of school, Gracie enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the amazing restaurants in Chicago, and traveling near and far.
