Under my foot, it says “made in California,” but my life truly began in North Chicago. Working at a non-for-profit organization that assisted in after-school enrichment illuminated my desire to teach, so my Baker journey started in August 2019 working as an Associate Teacher while simultaneously obtaining my Master’s Degree. As of now, I am the Librarian, crafting curriculum with a holistic approach, deeply prioritizing a student’s desire to learn. When I’m not teaching my fellow humans, I enjoy dancing, writing songs, and spending time with my family friends playing Nintendo Switch or “Munchkin: Harry Potter.”
