Working at Baker in a progressive environment honors that each person gathers and processes information in the world differently. Here, we understand and celebrate that! As I head into my 10th year at Baker, I am encouraged as a teacher that I am able to adapt my curriculum based on my students’ needs and energy. Our bodies and souls are meant to move and celebrate in any way that feels joyful to us. There is nothing greater than watching a child grow more confident in who they are, through our collaborative arts program!

I am a retired professional dancer and choreographer having toured while performing and teaching throughout Europe, New York, Las Vegas, and Chicago. From the studios of Lee Strasberg Theater and Film, a multitude of stages across the country to CSO’s Orchestra Hall, I thoroughly enjoy my career and love to inspire by sharing my experience with my students! In addition to enjoying the arts, in my downtime I can often be found spending time with my husband and our 3 kids.
