Parking and Traffic
Baker, working with the Village of Wilmette has addressed many of the local traffic concerns. We believe the new system will reduce any stacking or delays on Maple Avenue and Sheridan Road and will continue to work closely with the Village to ensure that school traffic does not become a problem for our neighbors.
Red Seal Development Corporation
Red Seal is building a limited number of single-family homes and has assured Baker and the community that they will be responsive to all inquiries and concerns. Baker's construction and renovation projects were independent of Red Seal construction.
