Extended Care Associate Teacher Positions (2pm - 6pm)
Baker Demonstration School offers an exciting opportunity for teaching and learning for applicants who want to explore the teaching profession.
Job Summary:
Associate teachers work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher in all day- to-day aspects of classroom management: teaching, assisting students with special needs, parent communications, organizing classroom activities, administrative duties, etc. Additional involvement such as planning, consulting with other faculty, or contributing to student evaluation and documentation is not required but is possible if the Lead Teacher welcomes such involvement or deems it appropriate.
Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree
Flexible, responsible
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Desire to assistant adults and children in daily activities
Must love children!
